The collector can be hung on a wrecker and an anti-collision buffering vehicle, foreign matter on a highway is collected while accidents are handled, and the wrecker and the anti-collision buffering vehicle are integrated. Manpower and material resources are saved, and the personal safety of workers is guaranteed.
