FOREIGN MATERIAL COLLECTOR FOR GROOVE
To provide a foreign material collector for a groove, that does not easily deteriorate performance of separating a foreign material from a fluid.SOLUTION: A foreign matter collector 1 for the groove installed in a groove G to separate and remove the foreign matter from the fluid comprises: a rear wall part 3 arranged on a downstream side; and a bottomed cylindrical box-shaped part 10 having a substantially cylindrical wall part 4 connected to the rear wall part 3, wherein the rear wall part 3 is formed as a first screen part for separating solids in the fluid, and a second screen part 2 is provided so that foreign matter of a separable size can pass through is arranged on an upstream side of the first screen part 3. Since the foreign matter with a large outer shape is separated by the second screen part 2 and the foreign matter with a small outer shape is separated by the first screen part 3, clogging of the first screen part 3 is suppressed, and performance of separating the foreign material is unlikely to deteriorate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】流体中から異物を分離する性能が低下しにくい溝用異物捕集器を提供する。【解決手段】溝G内に設置して流れる流体中から異物を分離し取り除く溝用異物捕集器1において、下流側に配置する後壁部3と、この後壁部3に接続する略筒状の筒壁部4を備える有底筒状の箱状部10を有しており、後壁部3を流体中の固体を分離する第一スクリーン部として形成すると共に、この第一スクリーン部3が分離可能な大きさの異物を通過可能に設けた第二スクリーン部2をその上流側に配置する。外形が大きな異物を第二スクリーン部2で分離し、より小さな異物を第一スクリーン部3で分離するようになされるので、第一スクリーン部3の目詰まりが抑制され、異物を分離する性能が低下しにくい。【選択図】図2
