The novel steel pipe pile foundation comprises two arc-shaped blocks and a conical pile head, wherein a fixing ring is welded to the edge of the top surface of the conical pile head; through holes are formed in the upper parts and the lower parts of the arc-shaped blocks; inserting parts matched with the fixing ring are arranged at the bottoms of the arc-shaped blocks; the two arc-shaped blocks are combined into a steel pipe and are inserted into the fixing ring through the inserting parts; a moving plate is arranged in the two arc-shaped blocks; connecting blocks are hinged to the upper parts and the lower parts of the two side surfaces of the moving plate; the tail end of each connecting block is hinged to a transverse inserting column; and one transverse inserting column is clamped in one through hole. According to the novel steel pipe pile foundation, the tightness of the connection between the steel pipe pile and a soil layer can be improved, and the steel pipe pile can be effectively prevented from settling.
