Anti-sinking pieces corresponding to the steel pipe piles and the spring steel are arranged on the foundation, and the anti-sinking pieces are connected to the steel pipe piles and the spring steel; foundation beam columns are arranged on the foundation, and reinforcing ribs are connected between the steel pipe piles and the foundation beam columns. The foundation beam columns are arranged on the foundation, and the adjacent steel pipe piles are connected to the foundation beam columns through the reinforcing ribs, so that the stability is enhanced.
