Pouring construction method of water tank foundation groove
The invention provides a pouring construction method of a water tank foundation groove. The pouring construction method comprises the following steps of (S1) digging a groove: performing earth excavation in a designated position to the designed elevation; (S2) pouring a concrete cushion layer: pouring cushion layer concrete into the dug groove, uniformly distributing more than four pile legs in the cushion layer concrete layer, and calendering the surface of the cushion layer concrete; (S3) taking piles: taking out the pile legs after 2 to 4 hours after cushion concrete pouring is completed; (S4) placing a water tank: placing the water tank with bracket piles on the cushion layer concrete, and aligning the bracket piles with holes which are left after the pile legs are taken out; (S5) performing concrete warehousing and vibrating pouring: injecting concrete into a pit groove beside the water tank, and performing vibrating pouring operation, so that concrete pouring is dense; and (S6) discharging water for pressurization: filling the water tank with water, so that the cushion layer concrete is poured in a pressure-bearing state. The pouring construction method has the characteristics of simple and convenient process, tight and seamless combination of pouring parts and capability of prolonging the service life of the water tank.
本发明提供一种水箱基础槽浇筑施工方法,其包括以下步骤:S1挖槽:在指定位置进行土方开挖至设计标高;S2浇筑混凝土垫层:在挖开的槽内浇筑垫层混凝土,垫层混凝土层中均布四个以上桩腿,垫层混凝土表面压光;S3取桩:在垫层混凝土浇筑完毕后,2~4个小时,取出桩腿;S4放置水箱:将带牛腿桩的水箱,放置到垫层混凝土上面,并以牛腿桩对齐桩腿取出后留下的孔洞;S5混凝土入仓振捣浇筑:将混凝土注入水箱旁的坑槽内,进行振捣浇筑作业,保证混凝土浇筑密实;S6放水加压:往水箱内放满水,使垫层混凝土在承压状态下进行浇筑;本发明具有工序简便,浇筑部位紧密无缝结合,能够延长水箱使用寿命的特点。
