The invention relates to the field of building construction, and discloses an equipment foundation vibration isolation construction method. The construction method comprises the steps that a reinforced concrete box (100) is arranged in a foundation pit, and the inner wall face of the reinforced concrete box (100) is coated with a base layer treating agent; a first vapor isolation layer (200) is laid in the reinforced concrete box (100), and a medium coarse sand layer (300) is laid on the top face of the first vapor isolation layer (200); the method that the reinforced concrete box, the medium coarse sand layer and an extruded polystyrene board are matched is adopted, external vibration isolation is conducted on an equipment foundation through the outer-layer reinforced concrete box, the inner-layer medium coarse sand layer and the extruded polystyrene board are wrapped to be prevented from falling off and being separated, meanwhile, outer-side water vapor is blocked, and dryness of the medium coarse sand layer is guaranteed; and vibration reduction is conducted on the equipment foundation through the power absorption and buffering performance of the inner-layer medium coarse sand layer and the extruded polystyrene board. Through dual treatment of internal vibration reduction and external vibration isolation, the manufacturing precision of equipment is guaranteed, and facilities around the equipment are protected.
