The invention provides a pipeline dredging and desilting device. The pipeline dredging and desilting device comprises a remote control vehicle and a reverse desilting mechanism, wherein the reverse desilting mechanism comprises a buoyancy shell, a desilting head and a cylindrical power machine shell; a power motor is fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of one side of the cylindrical power machine shell; a propeller is fixedly arranged on an output shaft of the power motor; an adjusting motor is fixedly arranged on the inner side wall of the buoyancy shell; and a rotating rod is arranged at the position, corresponding to the adjusting motor, of the buoyancy shell through a bearing. The pipeline dredging and desilting device is reasonable in design, the adjustable cylindrical power machine shell is arranged on the reverse desilting mechanism, when the pipeline dredging and desilting device is used, if a deep water accumulation position exists in a pipeline, the cylindrical power machine shell can provide buoyancy, so that a camera and the desilting head are always above the water surface, the remote control vehicle can smoothly pass through all parts in the pipeline, and the adaptability to the internal environment of the pipeline can be effectively improved.
