The invention discloses an automatic splicing device for wood floors. The automatic splicing device comprises a splicing vehicle body, wherein a splicing groove with a downward opening is formed in the splicing vehicle body; a line changing cavity with a downward opening is further formed in the right side of the splicing groove; and an air pressure cavity is further formed in the upper side of the line changing cavity. The automatic splicing device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, and overcomes the problems that the wood floors are not spliced firmly by a manual wood hammer and the wood floors are damaged by knocking of the wood hammer; after the wood floors to be spliced are put into the device, the device is started to automatically splice the wood floors in a room; after each line of wood floors are spliced, the device automatically retreats to the next line; and at the moment, the device is moved to the leftmost end of the room, and the next line of wood floors are spliced continuously, so that the connection firmness degree of the wood floors can be greatly improved, the wood floors are not damaged, and the splicing efficiency of the wood floors is greatly improved.
本发明公开了一种木地板自动拼接装置,包括拼接车体,所述拼接车体内设有开口向下的拼接槽,所述拼接槽右侧还设有开口向下的换行腔,所述换行腔上侧还设有气压腔,该装置结构简单,操作便捷,克服了由人工用手工木锤进行木地板之间的拼接不够牢固且木锤敲击还会损坏木地板的问题,可以通过使用装置将待拼接的木地板放入装置后启动装置则会自动在房间内进行木地板之间的拼接,每一行的木地板拼接完成后会自动退到下一行,此时再将装置移动到房间最左端,则会继续进行下一行的木地板的拼接,能够大大提高木地板之间的连接牢固程度,且不会对木地板造成损坏,同时大大提高了木地板的拼接效率。
The invention discloses an automatic splicing device for wood floors.
