The invention provides a steel structure beam butt joint adjusting device. The device comprises a push-pull assembly arranged on a first flange of a steel structure beam and used for adjusting the width of a gap in the butt joint position of the steel structure beam and a steel structure beam to be in butt joint, and a butt joint adjusting assembly arranged on a second flange of the steel structure beam and used for adjusting the height difference and the lateral gap between the steel structure beam and the steel structure beam to be in butt joint. According to the device, push-pull force is applied to the steel structure beam to be in butt joint through the push-pull assembly, so that the steel structure beam to be in butt joint moves close to or away from the steel structure beam in the length direction of the steel structure beam, and a gap at the joint of the steel structure beam and the steel structure beam to be in butt joint reaches a required gap; and the height difference between the steel structure beam and the steel structure beam to be in butt joint and the lateral gap between the steel structure beam and the steel structure beam to be in butt joint are adjusted through the butt joint adjusting assembly, so that the top wall and the side wall between the steel structure beam and the steel structure beam to be in butt joint are flush, and the butt joint connector welding requirement is met.
