Weather-proof angle steel for power transmission iron tower and assembling method thereof
The invention discloses weather-proof angle steel for a power transmission iron tower. The weather-proof angle steel comprises a weather-proof angle steel body, wherein a plurality of first grooves are formed in the weather-proof angle steel body; the cross section of each first groove is in a T shape; a fixing device is arranged in each first groove; each fixing device comprises a connecting block which is arranged in the corresponding first groove and has the rectangular cross section; a bonding agent is filled between each connecting block and the corresponding first groove; one end of each connecting block is symmetrically divided into a first embedding block and a second embedding block along the center line of the short edge; a pair of second grooves is formed in the side wall of each connecting block; the second grooves are symmetrically distributed along the center line of the short edge of each connecting block; and an anti-corrosion plate is arranged in the second groove formed between the two adjacent connecting blocks. The weather-proof angle steel has the advantages that the maintenance cost is favorably reduced; the textile material waste is reduced; and the weather-proof angle steel is protected from being subjected to excessive corrosion.
