STEEL TOWER DISASSEMBLING AND ASSEMBLING DEVICE, STEEL TOWER DISASSEMBLING METHOD, AND STEEL TOWER ASSEMBLING METHOD
To provide a technique capable of disassembling existing steel towers and assembling new steel towers by using a device suitable for small-scale steel towers in order to solve problems of a conventional technique.SOLUTION: An steel tower disassembling/assembling device is used for disassembling an existing steel tower and assembling a new steel tower, and is provided with a columnar mast, mast support means, and member elevating/lowering means. The mast support means includes a "horizontal branch line" attached to the steel tower and a cylindrical "horizontal branch line fastener" supported by the horizontal branch line, and the mast is slidably inserted into the horizontal branch line fastener. In the state in which a demolition material and an assembly part of a steel tower are attached to the cargo handling rope, when a cargo handling rope is pulled down, disassembly materials and the like are lowered downward, and when the cargo handling rope is pulled up, assembly parts and the like are pulled up.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】 本願発明の課題は、従来技術が抱える問題を解決することであり、すなわち、小規模な鉄塔に見合った装置を使用して既設鉄塔の解体や新設鉄塔の組立を行うことができる技術を提供することである。【解決手段】 本願発明の鉄塔解体組立装置は、既設鉄塔の解体や新設鉄塔の組立に用いられる装置であって、柱状のマストとマスト支持手段、部材昇降手段を備えたものである。マスト支持手段は、鉄塔に取り付けられる「水平支線」と水平支線に支持される筒状の「水平支線留具」を含んで構成され、マストは、水平支線留具内にスライド可能に挿通される。荷役ロープに鉄塔の解体材や組立部品を取り付けたうえで、荷役ロープを引下げると解体材等が下方に降ろされ、荷役ロープを引上げると組立部品等が引き上げられる。【選択図】図２
