The invention discloses a tightly-assembled handle seat and a handle. The handle seat comprises a fixed seat, a rotating seat and a driving shaft. The fixed seat comprises a main seat body. The main seat body is provided with a first center hole and multiple through holes, an elastic piece and a position clamping piece are installed in each through hole, each through hole is provided with a first opening and a second opening, the elastic pieces are limited in the through holes and push the position clamping pieces to the second openings in an abutting mode, and the position clamping pieces partially protrude out of the second openings. The size of the position clamping pieces is smaller than or equal to that of the first openings and larger than that of the second openings. The rotating seat is provided with a second center hole and position clamping concave parts matched with the parts, protruding out of the second openings, of the position clamping pieces. One end of the driving shaft penetrates through the first center hole and is inserted into the second center hole to be fixedly connected with the rotating seat, an abutting convex part is further arranged on the driving shaft, and the fixed seat is clamped between the rotating seat and the abutting convex part. The tightly-assembled handle seat and the handle are assembled tightly, shaking of the handle is small, and user experience is improved.
