A discharging opening is formed in the front end of the storage box body, and a blocking assembly is arranged above the outer side of the discharging opening; the material blocking assembly comprises a rotating motor, a bearing seat and a sliding block. A rectangular groove is formed in the front end of the storage box body, the rotating motor and the bearing pedestal are both fixed in the rectangular groove, the rotating motor is connected with one end of the lead screw through a coupler, and the other end of the lead screw is rotatably connected with the bearing pedestal; a penetrating through hole is arranged on the sliding block; the sliding block is connected to the outer side of the lead screw in a sleeving mode through the penetrating through hole, penetrates through the inner side wall of the through hole and is in threaded connection with the outer side wall of the lead screw. The front end of the sliding block is fixedly connected with a fixed plate, a first screw hole is formed in the fixed plate, a second screw hole and a third screw hole are formed in the movable plate, and the third screw hole is located above the second screw hole.
