Accumulated asphalt concrete materials can be pushed away through the material distribution plate, the pushed-away materials can be leveled through the leveling plate, the height of the leveling plate and the height of the material distribution plate can be adjusted through the first hydraulic cylinder and the second hydraulic cylinder respectively, and therefore the asphalt pavement leveling device can be suitable for asphalt pavements with different thicknesses; according to the road surface compacting device, the compacting mechanism can rotate, then a paved road surface is preliminarily compacted through the rammer, open fire is sprayed out through the nozzle of the ironing mechanism to heat the ironing plate, and then the preliminarily compacted road surface is heated through the ironing plate, so that the road surface is kept at the proper temperature, and subsequent rolling of a road roller is facilitated.
