The invention discloses a steel support construction method of a subway station open-cut interval foundation pit enclosure structure. The steel support construction method comprises the steps that steel purlins are installed at the positions, corresponding to the two ends of a steel support to be installed, of the foundation pit support structure; the prefabricated steel support is hoisted into the foundation pit to enable the two ends of the steel support to be connected and supported on the steel enclosing purlins; adjustable heads used for pressurization are installed between the ends of the steel support and the enclosure structure, prestress is applied in the mode that a jack drives the adjustable heads to conduct pressurization twice in sequence, the pressure applied for the first time is 70%-80% of the designed pre-added axial force, the pressure applied for the second time is 104%-106% of the designed pre-added axial force, then the adjustable heads are locked and fixed; and an anti-falling device for preventing the steel support from falling is arranged between the steel support and the enclosure structure. The steel support construction method has the advantages of being simple in process, easy to implement, high in safety, capable of improving support stability and reliability and the like.
本发明公开了一种地铁站明挖区间基坑围护结构的钢支撑施工方法,包括在基坑围护结构上对应于待装钢支撑两端的位置处分别安装钢围檩;将预制好的钢支撑吊装进入基坑,使钢支撑的两端分别连接支承在钢围檩上;在钢支撑端部与围护结构之间安装用于加压的活络头,采用千斤顶驱动活络头分两次先后加压的方式施加预应力,第一次施加预应力的压力大小为设计预加轴力的70%~80%,第二施加预应力的压力大小为设计预加轴力的104~106%,然后将活络头锁死固定;在钢支撑与围护结构之间设置防止钢支撑下坠的防坠装置的步骤。该钢支撑施工方法具有工艺简单、易于实施、安全性高、可提高提高支撑稳定性和可靠性等优点。
