The invention discloses a punching and grouting type leaking stoppage method for a subway station open-cut interval foundation pit enclosure structure. The punching and grouting type leaking stoppage method comprises the steps that grouting holes penetrating through the foundation pit support structure are drilled in the position, away from a leaking position by a preset distance, of the foundation pit support structure; a grouting pipe is buried in the grouting hole, the grouting pipe stretches into the soil body on the outer side of the foundation pit enclosure structure by a preset length, a gap between the grouting pipe and the inner wall of the grouting hole is blocked through a plugging material; a grouting machine is adopted for grouting the soil body on the outer side of the foundation pit enclosure structure through a grouting pipe till the water leakage phenomenon at the leakage position is eliminated; and the grouting pipe is plugged. The punching and grouting type leaking stoppage method has the advantages of being good in leaking stoppage effect, convenient and fast to construct, suitable for the conditions of large leakage amount and large water pressure and the like.
