Excavator breaking hammer control system
The invention discloses an excavator breaking hammer control system. The excavator breaking hammer control system comprises a first variable pump, wherein an oil outlet of the first variable pump is connected with a breaking hammer through a first oil supply pipeline; a first control valve is arranged on the first oil supply pipeline; an oil outlet of a second variable pump is connected with the breaking hammer and a hydraulic oil tank through a first branch and a second branch; a second control valve is arranged on the second branch; control ends of the first variable pump, the second variable pump and the second control valve are respectively connected with oil outlets of a first electromagnetic valve, a second electromagnetic valve and a third electromagnetic valve; a working oil port of a pilot valve is connected with the control end of the first control valve through a pilot pipeline; the pilot pipeline is provided with a main pressure sensor; the main pressure sensor is electrically connected to an input end of a controller; and an output end of the controller is electrically connected with control ends of the first electromagnetic valve, the second electromagnetic valve and the third electromagnetic valve. According to the excavator breaking hammer control system, efficient work of the breaking hammer is realized through constant-flow control of the breaking hammer, meanwhile, the oil consumption is reduced, and the debugging difficulty of the breaking hammer is reduced.
