The present invention discloses a novel odor-resistant blowdown device which comprises a garbage receiving basin and a ball valve assembly used for blocking peculiar smells, a water outlet of the garbage receiving basin is connected with an upper end opening of the ball valve assembly, a lower end opening of the ball valve assembly is connected with a sewer, and the ball valve assembly comprises a first valve body shell, a second valve body shell and a ball body. The ball body is arranged between the first valve body shell and the second valve body shell, and a cylindrical hole channel allowing garbage to pass through is formed in the middle of the ball body. The novel odor-resistant blowdown device has the beneficial effects that the ball valve is arranged at the water outlet of the garbage collection basin and then connected with the sewer, so that the garbage collection basin can treat kitchen garbage, extremely perishable and dirty kitchen garbage is discharged through the sewer, the kitchen garbage is cleaned away in time, and meanwhile, the ball valve assembly is used for sealing and preventing odor; and therefore, the surrounding environment is greatly purified, and great significance is achieved for household sanitation and urban sanitation.
