The invention belongs to the technical field of drainage equipment, and particularly relates to an emergency blowdown device which comprises a supporting frame, a mud-water separation mechanism, a secondary cleaning mechanism and a sludge conveying mechanism, the upper surface of the supporting frame is connected with the mud-water separation mechanism through bolts, and the lower portion of the mud-water separation mechanism communicates with the input end of the secondary cleaning mechanism; the input end of the mud-water separation mechanism is communicated with the output end of the sludge conveying mechanism, and the adjustable sludge inlet mechanism is used for changing the cleaning range when the ground sludge is cleaned after the typhoon. According to the emergency blowdown device, through the arrangement of the supporting connecting rod and the adjusting hydraulic rod, the bucket face can be driven to be adjusted, so that adjustment is conducted according to the environmental condition of sludge, and the cleaning range of the bucket face is reasonably utilized for treatment; and finally, under the action of a water suction pump and a water storage tank, a hose in a coil box is used for conducting secondary flushing on the ground after sludge is cleared away, and maximum reasonable utilization is achieved.
