Construction method for cast-in-place beam of fabricated overall frame structure without opening and formwork support
The invention provides a construction method for a cast-in-place beam of a fabricated overall frame structure without opening and a formwork support. The construction method comprises the following steps that 1) steel plates are pre-buried at the connecting positions of the side faces of prefabricated beams and the cast-in-place beam; 2) vertical steel plates are welded to the pre-buried steel plates; 3) the two ends of cast-in-place beam supporting channel steel are welded to the bottoms of the vertical steel plates on the pre-buried steel plates on the two sides correspondingly; 4) square tube back edges are laid on the channel steel, and formworks are laid on the back edges to serve as bottom formworks; 5) prefabricated beam reinforcement cages are placed on the bottom formworks, and the two ends of bottom bars and waist bars of the reinforcement cages located at the pre-vertical steel plates are welded to the vertical steel plates correspondingly; 6) after upper steel bars of the cast-in-place beam, plate bars and prefabricated beam laminated layer steel bars are bound synchronously, side formworks are erected on the two sides of the cast-in-place beam and fixed; 7) the cast-in-place beam, the prefabricated beams and the plates are poured synchronously; and 8) the side formworks, the bottom formworks and the supporting channel steel are dismounted. According to the construction method, operation is easy, the construction efficiency is improved, and the mounting operation requirements of a construction site can be effectively met.
