The invention discloses a frame cylinder buckling support structure and a construction method thereof. The frame cylinder buckling support structure comprises a frame, wherein the frame consists of upper and lower frame beams and frame columns; supports are arranged in the frame, and comprise vertical supports and inclined supports; the vertical supports are positioned at the two sides of the frame structure; the inclined supports are rectangular, the strong axis directions thereof are out of a plane formed by the frame, and the weak axis directions thereof are in the plane; and the frame columns, the frame beams, the vertical supports and the inclined supports are fixedly connected through bolts. When the beam columns transfer earthquake force to the inclined supports in the frame, six degrees of freedom of the inclined supports are all restrained, so that the plastic deformation cannot be generated to achieve the buckling restraint effect. Inner and outer wall plates are tightly connected with fireproof and waterproof materials, insulation materials and components, so that the space combination is compact and reasonable, the inner and outer wall plates perform respective functions and are associated with each other, and the convenience incomparable to traditional steel structure buildings is generated for overall safety and construction of building structures.
