The invention relates to a nested telescopic folding tent device. The nested telescopic folding tent device comprises a surrounding body, a bottom part and a top part, the surrounding body comprises a plurality of surrounding body assemblies and a plurality of telescopic supporting rods, the multiple surrounding body assemblies are vertically nested together and are of a hollow structure, and the width of the cross section of each surrounding body assembly is larger than that of the surrounding body assembly which is vertically and adjacently nested together with the surrounding body assembly; the surrounding body assemblies are mutually and vertically nested together to form the surrounding body of an up-down telescopic folding structure, a hollow cavity is further formed in the surrounding body, all the telescopic supporting rods are vertically arranged in the hollow cavity of the surrounding body, the bottom ends of all the telescopic supporting rods are fixedly connected with the bottom part, and the top ends of all the telescopic supporting rods are fixedly connected with the top part; and the surrounding body does up-down telescopic folding movement along with the up-down telescopic movement of each telescopic supporting rod. The nested telescopic folding tent device is provided with a firm outer shell, is not prone to being cut by an edge tool, compared with a traditional tent, the nested telescopic folding tent device can resist high destructiveness, and the safety performance of the nested telescopic folding tent device is greatly improved.
