In winter construction in a cold region, existing reinforced concrete curing measures are large in energy consumption, high in economic cost and difficult to match with reinforced concrete curing in the cold region, and due to the fact that the concrete curing temperature fluctuates and is difficult to stabilize under the condition of long-time negative temperature, curing quality is difficult to unify. According to the device provided in the invention, a heat preservation layer is arranged on the outer wall of a formwork frame body, a reinforcement cage is arranged in the formwork frame body, the formwork frame body is filled with conductive concrete, when the reinforcement cage is in a power-on state, the reinforcement cage and the conductive concrete form a conductive reinforced concrete structure body, and the conductive reinforced concrete structure body achieves the self-curing process through the voltage difference. According to the curing method, finite element software is adopted to establish a quantitative relation between the electrifying power and the curing temperature of the conductive reinforced concrete structure body, the curing power in the curing process is controlled in real time through the quantitative relation, so that the whole heating curing process of the conductive reinforced concrete structure body is realized.
