The invention discloses cement-based composite mortar doped with a carbon-based material and a preparation method of the cement-based composite mortar. The carbon-based material doped cement-based composite mortar is prepared by introducing high-strength and high-heat-conductivity graphite, stirring at an ultra-high speed and then compounding with carbon fibers. The doping of graphite gives full play to the nano filling effect and the bridging effect, and the mechanical property of the cement-based composite mortar is remarkably improved. After the graphite and the carbon fibers are compounded, the heat conductivity coefficient is increased along with the increase of the mixing amount of the graphite, the graphite is fully mixed in the cement mortar, the heat conductivity of the reference mortar is improved, and meanwhile, a small amount of the graphite is adsorbed on the surfaces of the carbon fibers, so that the heat conductivity of the carbon fibers is improved, carbon fiber is interspersed inside the cement mortar, and the heat conduction effect is achieved.
本发明公开了一种掺入碳基材料的水泥基复合砂浆及其制备方法。本发明通过引入高强度、高导热的石墨,在超高速搅拌之后与碳纤维复合制备了碳基材料掺杂水泥基的复合砂浆。石墨的掺入充分发挥了其纳米填充作用和桥接作用,显著提高了水泥基复合砂浆的力学性能。石墨与碳纤维复合之后,导热系数随着石墨掺量的增加而增加,石墨在水泥砂浆中充分混合,提高了基准砂浆的导热性能,同时少量的石墨吸附在碳纤维表面,提高了碳纤维的导热性能,又因为碳纤维穿插在水泥砂浆内部,起到热量的传导作用。
