Regenerated graphite-cement mortar composite material and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the field of material chemistry, and provides a preparation method of a regenerated graphite-cement mortar composite material, which comprises the following steps: (1) heatingwaste lithium ion battery negative electrode powder to 600-1000 DEG C, keeping the temperature, and cooling to room temperature to obtain battery negative electrode powder; (2) performing primary soaking on the battery negative electrode powder by using an acid, carrying out water washing, adding an oxidizing agent, performing secondary soaking, and carrying out water washing and drying to obtainregenerated graphite; and (3) adding the regenerated graphite into water, carrying out ultrasonic dispersion, adding cement, sandstone and an antifoaming agent, and carrying out mixing under stirringso as to obtain the regenerated graphite-cement mortar composite material. The regenerated graphite-cement mortar composite material prepared by the invention has excellent compression resistance andbending resistance, and the properties are respectively improved by 45.8% and 48.9% in comparison with those of a material without regenerated graphite.
