The invention relates to the field of concrete, and particularly discloses fly ash-doped concrete capable of improving performance and reducing hydration heat and a preparation method thereof. The fly ash-doped concrete comprises the following components in parts by mass: 240-250 parts of cement; 800-850 parts of sand; 1050-1100 parts of stone; 150-170 parts of water; 50-60 parts of fly ash; 5-8 parts of a water reducing agent; 3-8 parts of zinc chromate; 1-3 parts of starch; the preparation method comprises the following steps: uniformly stirring and mixing the components, and curing and molding to obtain the fly ash-doped concrete capable of improving the performance and reducing the hydration heat. The product disclosed by the invention can be applied to various building constructions, and has the advantage that the bleeding rate and the early strength are not easily influenced.
