The high pier comprises a vertical steel reinforcement framework, a plurality of horizontal steel reinforcement layers and a cooling unit. The cooling unit comprises a connecting device, a plurality of horizontal cooling layers, a vertical water passing pipe and a partition plate, and each horizontal cooling layer comprises a threaded steel pipe; a plurality of groups of communicating nodes are vertically arranged on the vertical water passing pipe, each communicating node comprises a water inlet and a water outlet, the water inlet is located below the water outlet, and the water inlet and the wateroutlet are connected with the two ends of the threaded steel pipe respectively; and a plurality of limiting rods are vertically and fixedly arranged in the vertical water passing pipe, limiting holesare formed in the partition plate, the limiting rods are in sliding sealing contact with the limiting holes, the partition plate is in sliding sealing contact with the inner wall of the vertical water passing pipe, a curved-surface-shaped vertical plate is vertically arranged on the partition plate, a plurality of first fixing holes are formed in the vertical plate, and a water flowing hole is arranged in the bottom of the vertical plate. The method aims to solve a problem that heat in concrete is gathered and cannot be dissipated.
