The invention discloses industrial by-product gypsum and a construction method for building a light steel house roof by using the industrial by-product gypsum, and the industrial by-product gypsum comprises the following raw material components in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of building gypsum powder, 15-20 parts of lime mixture, 5-13 parts of white carbon black, 4-10 parts of talcum powder, 20-33 parts of fly ash, 7-13 parts of silicon powder and 150-180 parts of clear water. According to the invention, the gypsum is used as a cementing material to realize flexible seamless connection with the light steel house, so that the mechanical property of the whole structure is obviously improved. Traditional organic heat preserving cotton is replaced as a roof heat preserving and insulation material, organic materials are gradually differentiated, the heat preserving and insulation effect of a roof is gradually attenuated, the industrial byproduct gypsum is used as the raw material to add the heat preserving and insulation material, the heat preserving service life of the roof can be effectively prolonged, and the same service life of a building can be achieved. The problems that in the prior art, a traditional roof construction method is low in fireproof performance, poor in sound insulation and heat preserving performance and poor in stability are solved.
本发明公开一种工业副产石膏及其副产石膏建造轻钢房屋面施工方法,工业副产石膏包括下列原料组分,各组分的重量配比为:建筑石膏粉末100—120、石灰合剂15—20、白炭黑5—13、滑石粉4—10、粉煤灰20—33、硅粉7—13、清水150—180。本发明使用石膏作用胶凝材料可以和轻钢住宅实现柔性无缝连接,使整体结构的力学性能显著提高;替代了传统用有机保温棉作为屋面保温隔热材料,有机材料会逐渐分化,屋面的保温隔热效果也会越来越衰减,利用工业副产石膏为原料添加保温隔热材料可以有效的增加屋面保温的使用寿命,可以实现建筑同寿命。解决了现有技术中传统的屋面施工方法防火性能低,隔音隔声保温性能不好,而且稳定性差的问题。
