The invention belongs to the technical field of refractory materials, and discloses a method for preparing a periclase-spinel composite material by using a coating process, which comprises the following steps: crushing waste magnesia bricks, screening out granules, putting the granules into a stirrer, adding an adhesive, stirring, wetting, adding alumina powder, continuing stirring, carrying out alumina coating, and drying to constant weight; and sintering to obtain the periclase-spinel composite material. According to the method, efficient resource utilization of the waste magnesia bricks is achieved, the prepared periclase-spinel composite material is suitable for being applied to the magnesia-alumina spinel bricks, the introduction amount of magnesia-alumina spinel can be effectively reduced, and the situation that the high-temperature performance is deteriorated due to the fact that the introduction amount of magnesia-alumina spinel is too high is avoided.
本发明属于耐火材料技术领域,公开了一种利用包衣工艺制备方镁石‑尖晶石复合材料的方法,包括以下步骤:将废镁砖破碎筛分出颗粒料,将颗粒料置于搅拌机中加粘接剂搅拌润湿后,加入氧化铝粉继续搅拌进行氧化铝包裹,烘干至恒量,烧结,即得方镁石‑尖晶石复合材料。本发明实现了对废镁砖的高效资源化利用,制备的方镁石‑尖晶石复合材料适合应用于镁铝尖晶石砖中,可有效降低镁铝尖晶石的引入量,避免镁铝尖晶石引入量过高使得高温性能恶化的发生。
