Synchronous mounting method for prestressed steel strand and prefabricated pier section
The invention relates to the technical field of bridge engineering construction, in particular to asynchronous mounting method for a prestressed steel strand and a prefabricated pier section. The method comprises the steps that S1, when a pier foundation of a bridge is poured, one end of the steel strand is fixed in the pier foundation; S2, the prefabricated pier section is hoisted to the position over the pier foundation, and a certain distance is reserved between the bottom faces of the prefabricated pier section and the pier foundation; S3, a traction rope penetrates into a prestressed duct from top to bottom and is fixedly connected with the other end of a steel strand bundle; S4, the prefabricated pier section is moved, and the steel strand bundle penetratesinto prestressed duct of the prefabricated pier sections; and S5, after the steel strand bundle completely penetrates through the prestressed duct and is in a vertical state, the prefabricated pier section is slowly lowered till the bottom face of the prefabricated pier section is attached to the top face of the pier foundation. The flexible steel strand bundle is adopted as the prestress steel bundle, the prefabricated pier section is installed while steel strand bundle penetrating is completed, and anchoring the steel strand bundle is simple, convenient and fast.
