The invention discloses a rapid soil sampling device for civil engineering. The rapid soil sampling device comprises a movable seat, wherein a sampling opening is formed in the surface of the movable seat; fixed assemblies are fixedly connected with two sides of the movable seat; two electric cylinders are fixedly connected with the upper end of the movable seat; a top plate is fixedly connected with the upper ends of piston rods of the electric cylinders; a sampling motor is fixedly connected with the top end of the top plate; the sampling motor is connected with a sampling assembly; a sampling depth adjusting assembly is further fixedly connected with one side of the upper end of the movable seat; the electric cylinders at two sides can drive a sampling barrel to automatically hoist, so that the sampling speed can be effectively improved; meanwhile, the sampling barrel does not need to be manually taken out by workers and the operation is convenient; the sampling depth adjusting assembly is arranged and can be matched with an adjusting ruler to realize accurate adjustment of a sampling depth; and when the sampling barrel reaches a pre-set depth, a triggering assembly starts a buzzer and the buzzer can alarm to prompt that the workers reach the appointed sampling depth.
