The invention discloses a vacuum electroosmosis combined electrode for dredger fill consolidation. The vacuum electroosmosis combined electrode comprises a vacuumizing device and a power supply, and further comprises at least two water collecting pipe assemblies, wherein all the water collecting pipe assemblies are arranged in a linear direction, any one water collecting pipe assembly is connected with a cathode/anode of the power supply, and the cathode and the anode of the power supply are connected with at least one different water collecting pipe assembly; and a plurality of water permeable holes for free water in a soil layer to penetrate through are formed in the surface of each water collecting pipe assembly, and a water outlet of each water collecting pipe assembly is connected with the vacuumizing device so as to extract the free water gathered by the water collecting pipe assembly. By applying the device, vacuum preloading and electroosmosis are combined, and the free water in a soil body gap is extracted under the action of electroosmosis and vacuum suction force, so that the foundation treatment period is shortened; and the at least two water collecting pipe assemblies arranged in the linear direction are arranged, so that the electrode can drain water from soil bodies with different depths when being placed in the soil bodies, and an effective bearing capacity consolidation layer is formed.
