Intermittent electrification is achieved, environmental protection and energy saving are achieved, the problem of serious electrode corrosion is solved, the solidification period of a dredger fill foundation subjected to vacuum preloading is shortened, the leakproofness is better, and the drainage efficiency is obviously improved.
