Construction method based on skip method and intermittent expansion reinforcing band
The invention provides a construction method based on a skip method and an intermittent expansion reinforcing band. The construction method includes the steps of dividing pouring areas, and setting a pouring sequence of the pouring areas; completing the pouring of a pre-pouring area, then delimiting the intermittent expansion reinforcing band towards the post-pouring area with the boundary, close to the post-pouring area, of the pre-pouring area as the reference, and arranging a dense-hole steel wire mesh between the intermittent expansion reinforcing band and the post-pouring area; when pouring is conducted on the post-pouring area, conducting pouring from the side away from the dense-hole steel wire mesh to the side close to the dense-hole steel wire mesh; after the post-pouring area is poured, pouring the intermittent expansion reinforcing band immediately, wherein concrete used for pouring the post-pouring area is shrinkage-compensating concrete with the strength one grade higher than the original design strength; and carrying out moist maintenance on the intermittent expansion reinforcing band. Based on the application of the skip method, a temperature post-cast strip is canceled, so that the hidden danger of leakage at a construction joint is reduced.
本发明提供一种基于跳仓法和间歇式膨胀加强带的施工方法,其包括:划分浇筑区域,并设定浇筑区域的浇筑顺序;完成先浇筑区域的浇筑,再由先浇筑的区域靠近后浇筑区域的边界为基准向后浇筑的区域划定间歇式膨胀加强带,且在间歇式膨胀加强带与后浇筑的区域之间设置密孔钢丝网;在对后浇筑区域进行浇筑时,从远离密孔钢丝网的一侧至靠近密孔钢丝网一侧的区域进行浇筑;待后浇筑区域浇筑完毕后,立即对间歇式膨胀加强带进行浇筑,且对后浇筑区域进行浇筑所使用的混凝土为比原设计强度高一标号的补偿收缩混凝土;对间歇式膨胀加强带进行潮湿养护。基于跳仓法的应用,取消温度后浇带,降低施工缝处的渗漏隐患。
