The construction method comprises the following steps that the position for paying off an expansion reinforcing band is positioned; expansion reinforcing band waterproof fixing devices are installed on the two sides of the expansion reinforcing band positioning pay-off position; and concrete pouring is conducted in a continuous construction mode, and concrete doped with an expanding agent is adopted for pouring the expansion reinforcing band. The expansion reinforcing band waterproof fixing devices are mounted on the two sides of the expansion reinforcing band, so that the waterproof effect is enhanced, the structural durability is improved, the construction efficiency and quality are effectively improved, and the construction cost is easy to draw; concrete pouring is conducted in a continuous construction mode, a post-cast strip is not reserved any more, seamless construction and structural self-waterproofing are achieved, the construction period of mass concrete floor construction is greatly shortened, the waterproof effect is enhanced, and the structural durability is improved; meanwhile, the continuous reinforcing band replaces a post-cast strip for integrated construction, leakage is reduced, and cleaning of the post-cast strip and secondary formwork erecting work are omitted.
