The intelligent non-negative pressure water supply device comprises a non-negative pressure tank, wherein a descaling mechanism is arranged in the non-negative pressure tank and comprises a travelling mechanism, two rotating mechanisms and two descaling frames; the travelling mechanism comprises a sealing shell arranged at the center in the non-negative pressure tank; a double-rod double-acting cylinder is arranged in the sealing shell; the two rotating mechanisms are respectively arranged on two sides of the sealing shell; each rotating mechanism comprises a cross rod which is coaxial with a piston rod; one end of each cross rod is fixedly connected with the corresponding piston rod; a cavity is formed in the other end of each cross rod; an electric rotating shaft is arranged in each cavity; the descaling mechanism comprises a top seat and an annular rack which are coaxial; a plurality of arc-shaped rods which are arranged at equal intervals in the peripheral direction are connected between the top seat and the annular rack; and each electric rotating shaft penetrates through the annular rack and is connected with the center of the top seat. The intelligent non-negative pressure water supply device is reasonable in design, simple in structure and convenient to operate; the non-negative pressure tank is cleaned rapidly and efficiently; the intelligent non-negative pressure water supply device cleans thoroughly; and water scale residues are avoided; and the intelligent non-negative pressure water supply device has popularization value.
