The invention relates to an energy-saving green building thermal insulation wall construction method. The method can solve the following problems existing in the existing manual anti-cracking net laying process that manual cooperative operation is needed during manual anti-cracking net laying, an anti-cracking net cannot be completely straightened manually, the anti-cracking net laying effect is poor, the anti-cracking net needs to be flattened manually in the later period, the vertex angle position of the anti-cracking net cannot be synchronously attached to the wall surface, and the anti-cracking net is wrinkled or skewed.
