Automatic Injection Grouting System
The present invention relates to an automatic grouting system which sequentially draws a grouting means by a predetermined amount from a lower end of a bore hole to a desired part to perform automatic grouting when grouting of a grout material is performed in the bore hole which is bored by a drilling machine to reinforce soft ground. The automatic grouting system of the present invention comprises: a main and minor raw material stirring means for stirring a grout material used for ground improvement; a raw material supply means for supplying main and minor raw materials while controlling the supply flow rate; a grouting means for injecting the main and minor raw materials supplied from the raw material supply means; a pressure measuring means for measuring a grouting pressure of the grout material; a drawing means for drawing the grouting means upward by a predetermined amount; and a control unit for controlling the main and minor raw material stirring means, the raw material supply means, the grouting means, the pressure measuring means, and the drawing means.
본 발명은 연약지반을 보강하기 위하여 천공기에 의해 천공된 천공 홀에 그라우트재를 그라우팅할 때에 천공 홀의 하단에서 목적하는 부분까지 그라우팅 수단을 일정량씩 순차적으로 인발하며 자동으로 그라우팅할 수 있도록 한 자동 그라우팅 시스템에 관한 것으로, 그 구성은, 지반개량을 위해 사용되는 그라우트재를 교반하는 주 및 부원료교반수단; 주원료와 부원료의 공급유량을 제어하며 공급하는 원료공급수단; 상기 원료공급수단으로부터 공급되는 주원료와 부원료를 주입하는 그라우팅수단; 그라우트재의 그라우팅 압을 측정하는 압 측정수단; 그라우팅수단을 상부로 일정량씩 인발시키는 인발수단; 상기 주 및 부원료교반수단, 원료공급수단, 그라우팅수단, 압 측정수단, 인발수단을 제어하는 제어부로 이루어진다.
