Method for producing aerated concrete by utilizing aeolian sand
The invention discloses a method for producing aerated concrete by utilizing aeolian sand. The method comprises the following steps: S1-S6, adding water into the aeolian sand and grinding the aeolian sand into slurry; S2, discharging and stirring the slurry, the waste slurry, the gypsum, the cement and the lime in sequence to form a mixture 1; S3, introducing water vapor into the mixture 1 for heating; S4, adding a catalyst into the mixture 1, and continuously stirring to form a mixture 2; S5, adding aluminum powder into the mixture 2 and stirring to form a mixture 3; S6, discharging and pouring the mixture 3 to obtain an aerated concrete green body; and cutting the aerated concrete green body, and performing autoclaved curing to obtain an aerated concrete finished product. According to the method, the aeolian sand is used as a siliceous material to produce the aerated concrete, so that the aeolian sand in deserts is consumed, the cost is low, and the economical efficiency is good; and by adjusting the contents of the catalyst and the aluminum powder, the performance of the produced aerated concrete finished product can be changed, so that different production and processing requirements can be met conveniently.
