The invention relates to polycarboxylate superplasticizer preparation, in particular to a solid polycarboxylate superplasticizer preparation system which is composed of a quantitative peristaltic pump, a mixer and a reaction pipeline. Methyl butenyl polyethylene acrylic acid, methacrylic acid polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether ester, acrylic acid and maleic acid ethylene glycol monoester are selected as polymerization monomers, azodiisobutyronitrile is selected as a free radical initiator, and mercaptopropionic acid is selected as a chain transfer agent; and the synthesized polycarboxylate superplasticizer is narrow in molecular weight and high in water reducing rate, and the performance of the polycarboxylate superplasticizer is close to that of a liquid superplasticizer product.
