The invention discloses a polycarboxylate superplasticizer which is composed of a cross-linked carboxylate polymer and a defoaming agent. Compared with the original carboxyl group, the phosphate group on the molecular side chain of the cross-linked carboxylate polymer has stronger complexing ability with calcium ions in concrete, so that the adsorption ability of the cross-linked carboxylate polymer on the surfaces of concrete particles is improved; due to the improvement of the adsorption capacity, the number of cross-linked carboxylate polymers adsorbed on the surfaces of the particles is increased, so that the surfaces have higher electrostatic repulsion and steric hindrance, and dispersion of concrete is facilitated. In addition, the polycarboxylate superplasticizer prepared by the invention not only can improve the dispersity and strength of concrete, but also can improve the fluidity of cement paste.
本发明公开了一种聚羧酸盐高效减水剂,由交联羧酸盐聚合物和消泡剂组成。本发明交联羧酸盐聚合物分子侧链上的磷酸酯基团与原有的羧基相比和混凝土中的钙离子具有更强的络合能力,进而提升了交联羧酸盐聚合物在混凝土颗粒表面的吸附能力;由于吸附能力的提升,颗粒表面吸附的交联羧酸盐聚合物增多,使表面具有更高的静电斥力及空间位阻,有利于混凝土的分散。此外,本发明制备的聚羧酸盐高效减水剂不仅能提升混凝土的分散性和强度,也能提升水泥净浆的流动性。
