Rail floating slab grouting device
A rail floating slab grouting device comprises a grouting port, a buffer deformation cylinder, a distributing port and a lap joint face, the upper buffer deformation cylinder is of a big-end-up conical cylinder structure, the grouting port is formed in the top of the buffer deformation cylinder, the lower portion of the buffer deformation cylinder is of a brim-shaped structure, the distributing port is formed in the bottom of the buffer deformation cylinder, and the bottom surface of the brim-shaped structure is the lap joint face for lap joint installation. The grouting port is flush with the upper end face of the floating plate, the outer edge of the buffer deformation cylinder is tightly attached to the inner wall of a grouting port in the floating plate, and the lap joint face and the damping pad are assembled together in an attached mode. Therefore, the floating slab connecting device is simple in structure and convenient to operate, flexible connection between the floating slab and the concrete grouting body is achieved, and better limiting, buffering and damping effects are provided.
