The invention discloses a lining trolley steel rail automatic laying device which comprises walking mechanisms arranged on steel rails, oil cylinders arranged at the four corners of a trolley, supports installed at the output ends of the oil cylinders, rail beams installed at the bottoms of the steel rails, each rail beam is of an I-shaped structure, and each walking mechanism comprises two walking units distributed along the axis of the corresponding steel rail at intervals. The walking unit comprises a box body, walking wheels arranged in the box body and sliding on the tops of the steel rails, an installation assembly arranged on the top of the box body and connected with the trolley, and fixing devices arranged on the two sides of the box body.
