The invention provides an urban road rainwater pre-sedimentation treatment system which comprises a water grate built along road edge stones on the edge of a carriageway and a sedimentation tank built on the edge of the carriageway, the depth of the tank wall on the front side of the sedimentation tank is smaller than that of the tank wall on the rear side of the sedimentation tank, grid plates are built between the tank walls of the sedimentation tank, and the edges of the grid plates are built to form a pre-sedimentation tank, a working well is formed in a space between the outer wall of the pre-sedimentation tank and the inner wall of the sedimentation tank, and a cobblestone layer and a plastic grid filter layer are sequentially laid in the pre-sedimentation tank from bottom to top. By the adoption of the technical scheme, large-size sundries such as leaves and branches are prevented from entering the pre-sedimentation tank or the sedimentation tank through the filtering effect of the protective net cover, the plastic grid filtering layer, the cobblestone layer and the grid plate in sequence, finally, pollutants such as silt are deposited at the bottom of the sedimentation tank, sediments can be fished out conveniently through the working well, and only the plastic grid filter layer needs to be taken out for cleaning, so that the maintenance is convenient.
