Hyperbolic steel corrugated plate shell concrete combined type arch-shaped highway-railway interchange open cut tunnel and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a hyperbolic steel corrugated plate shell concrete combined type arch-shaped highway-railway interchange open cut tunnel which comprises an arch ring arranged on a rail line, and the arch ring is of a steel plate-concrete composite stress arch ring structure formed by an arch ring steel plate framework and concrete poured on one side of the arch ring steel plate framework. The arch ring steel plate framework is formed by arranging and splicing a plurality of steel corrugated plate shells bent in the hyperbolic direction in a matrix mode, and a steel bar framework is spliced to the arched sides of the steel corrugated plate shells. The steel corrugated plate shell is a plate shell which is formed by performing secondary rolling bending on a rolled planar steel corrugated plate with plate teeth extending upwards on the two sides to enable the planar steel corrugated plate to be provided with arc arch waves which are bent upwards in the transverse direction and generate arch bending deformation with the curvature the same as that of an arch ring in the longitudinal direction. The plurality of steel corrugated plate shells are spliced and folded to form an integral semi-arc hyperbolic steel corrugated plate shell arch ring arch frame, so that the open cut tunnel structure has great compression resistance, flexural rigidity and deformation resistance, and an under-arch bracket is not needed; the construction process is simple, short in construction period and low in manufacturing cost.
本发明涉及一种双曲钢波纹板壳砼组合式拱型公铁立交明洞,明洞包括设于铁轨线上的拱圈,拱圈为由拱圈钢板骨架以及在拱圈钢板骨架一侧浇筑砼构成的钢板砼复合受力拱圈结构;拱圈钢板骨架采用多个双曲向弯曲的钢波纹板壳体矩阵排列拼接而成,钢波纹板壳体拱起侧拼接有钢筋骨架;钢波纹板壳体是由对轧制成型的两侧带有向上延伸的板齿的平面钢波纹板再经二次轧制弯曲使之横向具有向上弯拱的圆弧拱波,且纵向产生与拱圈曲率相同的拱弯变形的板壳体。多个钢波纹板壳体经拼装合拢后形成的整体半圆弧形双曲钢波纹板壳拱圈拱架,使本发明明洞结构具有极大的抗压抗弯刚度和抗变形能力,而无需拱下支架;其施工工艺简单,工期短,造价低。
