The self-lifting flood control device comprises a baffle, a mounting seat, a connecting pipe, a one-way valve, a communicating cavity and a water inlet pipe, the mounting seat is fixed to the interior of the ground, the top of the mounting seat is flush with the ground, a cavity is formed in the interior of the mounting seat, an opening communicating with the cavity is formed in the end, close to the ground, of the mounting seat, the mounting seat communicates with the communicating cavity through the connecting pipe, the connecting pipe comprises a first pipeline and a second pipeline which communicate with each other, the first pipeline and the second pipeline are arranged perpendicular to each other, one end of the first pipeline is connected with a through hole of the mounting seat, the other end of the first pipeline is connected with the one-way valve, and the one-way valve controls water flow to flow from the mounting seat to the communicating cavity in a one-way mode. The embodiment of the invention provides the self-lifting flood control device to solve the problems that in the prior art, flood situation response is not timely, and normal transportation of people is affected by a flood control device.
