The anchoring pile comprises an anchoring pile body, a pile cap arranged at the upper end of the anchoring pile body, a pile shoe arranged at the lower end of the anchoring pile body, a drilling mechanism arranged at the bottom of the pile shoe and an impact pile. The anchoring pile body comprises an outer pipe and an inner pipe which is arranged on the inner side of the outer pipe and can be separated under the action of radial pressure, a plurality of nail thorns are distributed on the outer wall of the inner pipe, and a plurality of holes matched with the nail thorns are formed in the outer pipe. The inner pipe is formed by splicing a plurality of pipe pieces, the inner pipe expands outwards in the radial direction after the impact pile is driven in, and nails on the outer wall of the inner pipe penetrate through the holes to be unfolded. The nail thorns on the inner pipe penetrate into the rock stratum of the soil layer to form the uplift bearing capacity, the uplift bearing capacity can be rapidly formed under the non-grouting working condition, the uplift bearing capacity can be used after the light anchoring pile is driven into the soil layer on site, and the requirements for rapid emergency repair and emergency rescue are met.
