Anchoring pile construction method
The invention provides an anchor pile construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, determining the positions and the number of anchor piles, and selecting proper anchor pile models and materials according to design requirements; s2, pretreatment work is conducted on a construction site; s3, geological survey and equipment detection; s4, according to design requirements, a drilling mechanism is installed at the position to be subjected to hole digging, and a hole is dug in the position of the anchoring pile; s5, a mortar or broken stone hardcore is laid at the bottom of the hole; s6, a positioning steel pipe is vertically fixed to the bottom of the hole, then the reinforcement cage is placed into the hole according to the design requirement, the positioning steel pipe is made to be tightly attached to the inner wall of the reinforcement cage, the perpendicularity and the alignment degree of the reinforcement cage at the moment are ensured, and then pouring is conducted to form an anchoring pile; s7, the periphery of the anchoring pile is filled with compact slurry, gravel or concrete; s8, a bearing component is mounted at the top of the anchoring pile; s9, monitoring and testing are carried out; and S10, after construction is finished, ending work is carried out, and site cleaning and material arrangement are carried out. The method can improve the construction precision and efficiency and reduce the construction risk.
