The embodiment of the invention discloses an H-shaped steel structure and a construction method of a continuous wall. The H-shaped steel structure is formed by fully welding flanges through butt joint of two pieces of H-shaped steel, the H-shaped steel structure and a reinforcement cage are lowered in a separating mode, the construction method comprises the following steps that a hole forming drilling machine is adopted before underground diaphragm wall grooving, holes are formed in the two ends of a groove section to reach the depth of a ground wall, the H-shaped steel structure is lowered, gaps around the H-shaped steel structure are backfilled and compacted, concrete is poured into the H-shaped steel structure, underground diaphragm wall grooving construction is conducted, a streaming path of an out-pit underground water is lengthened, the side stress is enhanced, the H-shaped steel joints are welded according to the increase of the hole depth, so that the length of the H-shaped steel structure is increased, the water and soil retaining capacity of the side slope is enhanced, regular grooves are formed in the two ends of the groove section through the H-shaped steel structure, the two ends of the reinforcement cage only need to be slightly shrunk inwards during machining, the thickness of the reinforcement cage is properly reduced, the construction difficulty is reduced, the wall strength at the joints is improved, the joints are constructed before the groove section, the construction efficiency is improved, and the construction period is properly shortened.
本发明实施例公开了一种H型钢结构及连续墙的施工方法,由两根H型钢通过对接满焊翼缘而成。此H型钢结构与钢筋笼分开下放,施工方法为:地下连续墙成槽前采用成孔钻机,先在槽段两端成孔至地墙深度→下放H型钢结构→回填密实H型钢结构四周空隙→H型钢结构内浇筑混凝土→地下连续墙成槽施工。坑外地下水的绕流路径延长,增强了侧应力,根据孔深增加将H型钢接头焊接从而增加H型钢结构的长度,加强了边坡挡水挡土的能力,H型钢结构使槽段两端为规则的凹槽,对钢筋笼两端的加工只需稍作内收,适当减少钢筋笼的厚度即可,降低了施工难度,而且提高了接头处的墙体强度,接头先于槽段施工提高了施工效率适当缩短了工期。
