The invention discloses a construction method of a steel concrete continuous wall of an underground structure, which comprises the following steps: constructing a guide wall and a guide groove of a construction section, forming slurry in the guide groove, and forming a cement soil continuous wall on the lower side of the guide groove; the steel pipe piles are inserted into the cement soil continuous wall through the guide grooves; connecting beams are constructed on the steel pipe piles, and wallboard control devices are erected; a first section of wall plate is poured between the connecting beam and the ground; the steel pipe pile is used as a guide rod, and the first section of wallboard sinks into the guide groove; all the wallboards sink and are connected with one another to form a construction section; the construction sections are mutually connected to form a steel concrete continuous wall, a foundation pit is excavated, and an underground structure is constructed; and after the underground structure is constructed to positive and negative zero, the steel pipe piles are pulled out. The invention further discloses the steel concrete continuous wall formed through the construction method. According to the construction method, the wallboards are sunken through the slurry in the guide grooves and the wallboard control device, and the problem that the continuous wall cannot be constructed due to collapse is solved due to the adoption of the construction mode of slurry and prefabricated wallboards.
